As part of the "Our Food. Our Future" project by Südwind, STRATECO co-designed a youthlab on the topic of food and activism. The seminar explored the impact of our food on the climate and the price of our food on working conditions and working practices. The topics covered were the ecological aspects of climate change, food sovereignty, harvest labour but fair trade.

The "Our Food. Our Future" project by Südwind aims to strengthen the commitment of young people from the EU to human rights and solidarity and to address the global challenges of migration, climate change and a sustainable food system. They should adopt sustainable consumption habits and actively support sustainable food supply chains, fair trade relations, respect for human and workers' rights and sustainable development.
